1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yumwin," "Platform," "Website" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at yumwin.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player," "User," "you" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on yumwin or who accesses any part of the yumwin platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on yumwin, including the associated wallet balance, bonus balance, and transaction history.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their yumwin wallet using any accepted payment method, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by yumwin under a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using a bonus before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by yumwin in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of yumwin is restricted by applicable law or by yumwin's operating terms.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond yumwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on yumwin, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during registration, or by accessing, browsing, or using any service offered on the yumwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, the yumwin Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, and that you agree to be legally bound by all such documents.

2.2 If you are registering on behalf of another person, you warrant and represent that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these Terms. yumwin accepts no liability arising from an unauthorized or fraudulent registration made in another person's name.

2.3 These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in full force until your account is permanently closed either at your request or by yumwin in accordance with these Terms.

2.4 yumwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your registered account and/or via a notice displayed upon your next login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an account on yumwin. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

3.2 Jurisdiction. yumwin is operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of yumwin complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not access yumwin.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to hold a yumwin account.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously self-excluded from yumwin or from any gaming platform operated by a PAGCOR-licensed entity, you are not eligible to register or use a yumwin account during the self-exclusion period.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 To access real-money games on yumwin, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.

4.2 You may hold only one (1) active account on yumwin at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 yumwin reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point during your account's lifetime. You agree to provide valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to yumwin is accurate at all times. Changes to your registered information must be reported to yumwin's customer support promptly. yumwin is not liable for any loss arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4.5 Account Currency

All yumwin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Where a payment method involves a different currency (such as USDT for cryptocurrency deposits), yumwin will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Account Security and Password

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yumwin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 yumwin's staff will never ask you to provide your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from yumwin should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to yumwin's support team immediately.

5.3 You must notify yumwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. yumwin will investigate such reports promptly and may take protective action including temporary account suspension.

5.4 yumwin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such loss results directly from yumwin's own negligence or system failure.

5.5 yumwin recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA means that a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number is required in addition to your password to complete the login process.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

yumwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Dragonpay), USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Other payment methods may carry higher minimums as displayed on the deposit page. yumwin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your yumwin account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. yumwin reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts where there is reasonable suspicion that deposited funds are connected to unlawful activity.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified payment methods in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. USDT withdrawals confirm on-chain within 1–3 minutes.

Withdrawals of ₱100,000 or more may require completion of enhanced KYC verification before processing. yumwin reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per day and per transaction in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and anti-money laundering requirements.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

yumwin complies fully with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and all regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). yumwin may report suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required by law. Large transactions and patterns of unusual activity may trigger additional verification procedures. Cooperation with these procedures is a condition of continued account use.

7. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7.1 yumwin offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using a systematic betting strategy that exploits bonus mechanics, such as low-risk arbitrage betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions.
• Coordinating with other players to fulfill wagering requirements collectively through reciprocal play.

7.4 yumwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in response to system errors, technical issues, or evidence of promotion abuse. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced in good faith, existing wagering progress will be honored.

7.5 Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wager value. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 All games on yumwin operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by the Platform, its staff, or any third party.

8.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel. RTPs are statistical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, yumwin will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state from server logs. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the corresponding wager refunded. yumwin's resolution of such disputes is final.

8.4 Live casino games are conducted by human dealers and streamed in real time. Live game outcomes are final once the round is officially closed by the dealer. Claims based on disagreements with live dealer decisions will be reviewed using available footage; if the footage confirms a dealer error, the affected round may be re-evaluated.

8.5 Sports betting odds are set by yumwin and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is accepted and confirmed with a unique bet ID, the odds are locked in for that bet. In-play betting odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yumwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the lobby, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in table games, live casino, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception in connection with your yumwin account or any transaction on the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any balance therein to any third party.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected software error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other activity that violates Philippine AMLA regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 yumwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harm that problem gambling can cause to individuals and their families. Gaming on yumwin is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all yumwin account holders at any time through the Account Settings → Responsible Gaming menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss amounts. Same processing rules as deposit limits apply.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Set periodic notifications showing total session time and net session result.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login is not possible and no promotional emails will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from yumwin for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the exclusion period. yumwin will close your account and return your real money balance upon confirmation of self-exclusion.

10.3 yumwin enforces the 21+ age requirement as a primary player protection measure. Additionally, yumwin's support team is trained to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players exhibiting concerning patterns.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the yumwin platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of yumwin or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the yumwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

11.3 Game content, including software, graphics, and audio, is licensed to yumwin by third-party game providers. All rights in such content remain with the respective providers. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution of game software is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, yumwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your real money account balance at the time the claim arises, or ₱10,000 (Philippine Pesos ten thousand), whichever is greater.

12.2 yumwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other cause.

12.3 yumwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. yumwin will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

12.4 yumwin is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or your reliance on any information on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 yumwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by yumwin's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 By registering on yumwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

13.3 yumwin may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law or where yumwin has a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of persons.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 yumwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material amendments, yumwin will provide advance notice via your registered email address and/or a login notice displayed upon your next access to the Platform.

14.2 Your continued use of the yumwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 4 above.

14.3 Changes to these Terms do not affect bets or transactions that were placed and confirmed prior to the effective date of the change, unless the change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to yumwin's customer support team for informal resolution. yumwin aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised with yumwin's support team, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights.
